I am about 8 months away from discharge. My student loan was included in my BK. The last several months I have been receiving statements from SC Student Loans about my account. It shows recent payments. Obviously, my trustee has begun paying monthly payments on my account. After my discharge, will I have to make monthly payments on my student loan or will this be discharged also?

Without a little more background, its hard to say, but this is a question you should ask your attorney. However, generally, the answer is no, students loans are never discharged and you would normally have to resume payments. -
