Unknown Change in Chapter 13 plan

I rec'd my 6 month report from my trustee. According to my Chapter 13 plan Ford Motor Credit was to receive $3550 as a secured creditor. My 1st 6 month report has FMC listed at 3550 and paid but this current one has FMC listed as $9964.63 and $229.65 still due. How can a change be made to a Chapter 13 plan without notifying the debtors?

The only thing I can think of is that FMC filed an updated proof of claim before the bar date or some election was made to pay off your car through the plan?

I checked PACER and no update was requested.
