Chapter 13 rear's payments

M Question is, If you were in a Bankruptcy Chapter 13 and was about to re-finance the the present home, and you find out the total pay-off not correct. you have to put the home back in bankruptcy. What happen to the amount of money that was paid in the rear's. Would that amount be credited to the rears, or due you start over and lose the amount that was paid.

The home wouldn't come out of the chapter 13, until the refinance was done. If you don't refinance, you continue with same payments to trustee.The amount already paid would not be lost.
