If the mortgage company forecloses and they are waiving the deficiency will I be liable for the foreclosure fees and their attorney fees. And if I sell the house before their sale will I be liable for additional fees and what if I rent and walk away. Is it better to stay in the house or leave now. They do not have a judgement yet for 20 days. I'm afraid I won't find a place to rent. Thanks much.
