Can you get out early

My husband and I filed Ch 13 in Nov 2003. We are estimated to be completed in July 2005 due to extra payments. We have payed the secured debt and only have unsecured left. My question is can you voluntarily drop out of Ch 13 (if so how??) and do you just pay the creditors back yourself????

Umm, July 2005 is next month, if your plan would really be complete by then, why drop out now?
