I live in pa. If I file Ch13 do they ask what you did with your previous returns? Do they take your future returns? I see my lawyer in the AM

Yes, and yes.
You generally have to provide the Trustee with copies of your two most recent tax returns, and for each year you are paying into the chapter 13 plan, you must provide a copy of your tax return for that year.
However, I think your question is geared to tax "refunds". They will take future tax "refunds" if you get them while you are in the chapter 13 payment plan.
