Chapter 13 -Leased vehicle

My husband and I filed Chapter 13 on March 15, 2005, I leased a vehicle in august 2004, a 2005 Chrysler 300 M, for 36 months in which my elderly step-father on a fixed income had to cosign for me to get the vehicle . I have possession of the vehicle and make the payments which are directly taken out of my bank account . Our attorney stated that we had to show all creditors, in which we did show Chrysler Financial even though we did not want to., because I do not want to mess up my step-father's credit & will continue to make the monthly payment . Please advise if the court can make me give up the car, break the lease ?
