    its now 5k to catch up, should i just let iot dismiss or pay the 5k to catch up, it would be cheaper to let it go?

      i want to pay the 5 k but will they still be trying to make my case being dismissed if i do so? without predice is good it sounds like right? i wont have any problems?

        well your credit will take a hit for a dismissed and your creditors of course are notified. It took them about 6 weeks to start up the calls again but by then we already had submitted the refiling paperwork. You will have a few more hoops to jump but the main issue for you sounds like it was your budget. Because your income has dropped since you filed, your new budget should reflect that and your payments to the trustee would be more manageable. You will have to prove that you are filing in good faith this time to keep the auto stay in place but IMO I would let this one go, and redo as quickly as possible. In fact, I would be already starting the next filing process by gathering up all the information. You might want to explore other attorney options also unless you are completely satisfied with the one you currently have and he/she is willing to refile for you.
