Dear BF Forum friends,
I am a small (mom & pop) business owner with approximate net revenues of $40-52k annually. Due to the nature of our business, cash flow is not always perdictable (versus receiving a fixed weekly, bi-weekly paycheck). We are now in a position where we need to file for Ch-13 debt relief.
Q: Given the fluctuation of net revenues, how will the trustee/attorney devise a feasible plan that will satisfy all parties?
