Hi we had a we are finished paying a 36 mos ch 13 bankruptcy it has been 3 months & finally money is being sent to creditors all but 2 of them status says requires review computer generated code. could it be they are disqualifying them one is a corporate business card which has never shown up at all in any way on the credit report & the other is over 5 yrs old ,when we initially filed could there be a statue of limitation? Why would they have picked those 2 not to pay when we have more than enough $ balance on hand. Thank You this forum is better than our lawyer!

perhaps their claims were filed late or the trustee sees them as a duplicate? If you check your chapter 13 history, it should let you know if the claims were objected to or disallowed. I have a claim that was disallowed by the trustee as duplicate and so that claim is "in reserve" and they will get nothing. (their other claim however was paid)
