Conversion to Chapter 7

I am presently awaiting confirmation of my Chapter 13 plan. There are 3 mortgages on my house. I am trying to strip the third mortgage. However, with making the first 2 mortgage payments and the plan payment, I am having a hard time. I have come to terms with giving up house and car. What are steps in making conversion to Chapter 7?

Talk to your attorney. It seems that is happening more often than not when people get into Chapter 13 and realize they cant make the payments. I am sure you will have to pay another attorney fee but it sound like it would be worth it.
