    2007 Property Taxes - Everything's Falling Apart

I filed on October 2, 2007. Should my 2007 property taxes been included since they are incurred in 2007. At least 274/365 = 75.06% of them? I haven't yet paid them and now this is an issue with my second mortgage company. I called the county I live in and they said they didn't include them because the attorney only listed 2006. I want my attorney to amend my plan to include them and I don't want to be charged! Think I have any chance with this? Where I live 2007 taxes are due in installments, 1/2 due on Jan. 31st, 2008 and half July 31, 2008. On top of this the 2nd mortgage company filed their lift for stay for us being late (owed $640.38), and they charged us $800.00 in attorney fees and my attonrey charged $200.00 in attorney fees. Now I have to make up $1000.00 extra dollars on top of the $640.38 over 6 months. I had the money to send by the end of this month to bring me current, but they didn't accept it. Now I have this problem too. Hopefully my attonrey can file an amended plan for me to pay less payments for 9 payments so I can pay this additional amount, otherwise I;ll be screwed.

I thought filing this would be a new beginning for us, but it's been such a headache.....we should have waited until January 1st to file so we could have included the income taxes we'd owe and the property taxes It's not like I had anything in savings to go towards it when I filed. And everytime I call my attonrey it is $150.00!

I just want this to all end!
