Our Trustee gave us a brochure and instructions on the 13datacenter at the 341 meeting, and we were able to register and use it almost immediately...maybe a day or 2 later, can't remember exactly. Look for an 800 tele. # or email assistance...you should have had acces a long time ago.

Give it a few more days as I remember having the same problem back in 2004. I can't remember what I did to get it to work.

When we signed up for 13Network, I ended up having to contact our trustee's office webmaster for help to get my username and password to work. That might be worth a try if things don't straighten out for you soon.
