I hope that someone has an answer. I'm stressing, just when I thought thais should be over.
I've come here for a while, lurking and gathering information. It's helpful to have so many wise folks in one place.
Here's my situation:
I finished paying off my Ch. 13 in February, a few months early becuase my paychecks were every two weeks rather than once a month. Our trustee owes us several thousand dollars, at this point.
We're still awaiting discharge. I was told by my lawyer that the papers were sitting on our judge's desk. Our trustee responds to nothing.
I went to Pacer last night and the status of my case says: "Status: Null."
I can't find anything anywhere that explains what "null" means. Does that mean it's finally over, or that I'm in trouble??? Why would I be in trouble?
What's "Null?"
Thank you!
