where can I find a chapter 13 means test?

I did the chapter 7 means test but of course it said i didnt qualify... *lol*
I did a chapter 7 back in 2003 but now, I've had a stroke, seperated from my husband because of domestic violence and am desperately trying to pay our community bills. I'd like to file married, filing seperately. We dont live together and there is a criminal restraining order against him in place so I know that wont be a problem but I cant seem to find a means test for a 13. I;ve done the credit counseling and just want to file so I can get this stuff under control.

any advice you have would be appreciated

    thanks

    m

edit//i should mention that i have 2 secured loans for motorcycles that i cant even ride anymore due to my stroke disabilities. Are they considered vehicles? I'd rather give them up. They are of no use to me and suck down $600 a month. Can that happen in a 13?

The same Means Test and Schedules are used for a 13 and a 7. How much monthly disposable income showed on your Means Test? Did you complete the Schedules too? Do you have sufficient income now after your stroke to support a 3-5 year long Ch 13 plan?

Under the circumstances you need to set up 3-4 free or low-cost initial consultations with bankruptcy lawyers in your area to find out where you stand. Your circumstances can be tricky when filing, especially your disability and bad domestic situation. Do you live in a community property state?

Since the motorcycles are of no use to you, plan on surrendering them both back to the lenders when you file. End of problem
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
