HELP! Trying to figure out expenses

I am trying to fill out our expenses for your attorney and from reading on this board, I have ADDED IN EVERYTHING then divided it by 12 months. My question is: now I am in the -(negative) by about $150.00, is that okay???? All the expenses have been "padded" so when I know our payments from the trustee, I can start trimming the padded expenses and have a little wiggle room in our budget.

I spoke to our attoney's paralegal yesterday and she said I was thinking too much into it...just try to get the budget to "Zero". I am going crazy here, because I don't want to screw myself by overlooking something important and having too high of a payment! HELP!!!

    Thanks!

just make sure that if you have special things coming up that those are accounted for like braces for kids, if someone has diabetes etc or other medical concerns that require a lot of medical attention (asthma etc) Look at the IRS guidelines and go from there.

Just be sure your cars can make it 5 years. By far the biggest mistake people make is thinking that their vehicle will make it and it never does.

Your attorney will go over those figures with you and will make sure they work as to your income and what is generally accepted in your district by the trustee. He/she will ensure they do not raise any eyebrows and will give you enough room so that you can make that Plan payment each month and not have the risk of having your Plan fail.
