My job is not seasonal, but certain times of the year like the summer I get swamped with overtime. Will the courts take OT into consideration on a ch13 plan? I'm sure they will since it's disposable income, but I don't really like figuring in too much OT since it may not always be there and I will have trouble keeping up with the plan. Would the trustee monitor this?
