It sounds like some people are having no problems getting their 2nd mortgage lein stripped if they don't have any equity in the house. I had talked to my atty about it awhile ago and she said they weren't doing them, she had seen several attys try and it never goes through with the trustees (or something like that). I told her the other day that people on the forum were having it done and she asked if any were in AZ. and are they TRUE 2nd mortgages or are they HELOCs?

I haven't filed yet but my lawyer wants to do a lien strip. What we did was we got our house appraised. The appraisal came in less then the first mortgage.Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17
