How long before the Trustee starts paying out?

I just logged onto 13 data center and saw there is a balance and nothing's been paid yet. It also doesn't have my confirmation date listed. When does the Trustee start paying out and how often does the site update?
    Filed Chapter 13 05/23/08
Converted to Chapter 7 Jan 2012
    Discharged April 2012

In my case - the trustee held onto all payments until my case was confirmed.

Once it was confirmed - payments started the next calendar month and continued from there. So the first payments the trustee made were a large payment to my attorney (filed his fees within the plan) and a smaller payment to the trustee for their fee - but nothing else was paid. Since the attorney is a secured claim - it will be paid in-full before any other non-secured claims will be made.

But regardless - I think the answer is that the trustee begins making payments after confirmation.

Crooked trustees might deposit Chapter 13 payments into the corts' accounts to draw interest, and leave them in there for a long time before dishing the funds out to the creditors.

Busby is correct - once your plan is confirmed, payments start. Your first payment is due 30 days after filing so you may have several payments made on your Plan and a large balance paid to the Trustee by the time of confirmation. The Trustee will first pay the attorney if there are attorneys fees in the Plan, pay his installment due and then pay priority creditors. As your payments come in, they will be distributed out thereafter to the rest of your creditors and himself through the remainder of your plan.

          Same question but for 7

Question attached to this thread: How about C7? I am an asset case as well as I have to pay back an insider payment and will be paid back near February. What and when do they disburse and can you find out to and how much on PACER?
If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

I think our trustree has forgotten about us. All of our secured items were paid within the first few months after our confirmation, but there has been no payments to the unsecured for the past two years and a half years. They record receipt of our payments, but nothing more. The currently have 29,000 available to make payments with.

I would have said something by now, but I got a new job last year and wanted to stay below their radar. I asked my attorney if I needed to make any changes when I got a new job and they told me no I did not. Once a payment was set, that is what you paid. After reading all the posts here I thought it better to say quiet until my 36 months is up (In two more payments). I figured since they are accurately recording my payments we should be ok. I hope this is not a miscalculation.
