Last 6 months pay stub

I am about to file chapter 13; please does the last 6 months pay stub include current month? In my case do I need May to Oct or Apr to Sept. Thank you.

If you are filing in Oct you would need paystubs through Sept

Provide your most current paystub and go back six months thereafter and provide those. You should be fine with that.

You must have a reason to avoid providing your most recent paystub. What is usually requested is six months of paystubs "prior" to filing. So, therefore, if you file on October 20, 2008, go back six months from October 20, 2008 unless you are instructed otherwise by your attorney.
