    College Tuition

I'm currently enrolled in a 4 year university, although I haven't taken classes in a couple semesters because I haven't been able to afford it. I'm currently facing foreclosure and looking to file a Chapter 13, but my concern is that I won't be able to take classes while in Ch13. Will they allow me to include tuition expenses in the plan? I work full time, make about 12k over the median income for my state (Florida) and would like to take 2 classes per semester.

Yes, you can include education expense in your budget, but not student loan payments. So if you are paying for your education directly out of your own pocket, then that can help you pass the means test.
