we have filed for a chapter 7 but told it could go to a 13, when you did your budget were you lalowed to add a monthly allowance for b/days hoilday gifts and if so how much, also recreation and entertainment? I have seen this on lists and did not know you could add them and my lawyer never mentioned them...
also we have one car loan mine.. just one they have to allow for another right? hubby drives 3 hours a day for work and his car is old it keeps breaking down, what happens if he has to get a new one?

I added a reasonable amount for gifts, just as I spend in real life.
I kept my car so I added the payment and maintenance: oil, repair estimate per year; gas, insurance, tags and yes.... smog
