e went to the lawyer today and paid the 1500 fee to get the ball rolling. We file on 12/3/2008. I find out tomorrow what my repayment amount monthly will be. I did have to include my cars in the 13. I thought I was going to have to go 5 years but lawyer said he is going to argue for 3 yrs. Because my VA disability payments don't count in the means test so they should not count as income??? something like that lol. i will post tomorrow. I feel better already
