Gonna Miss another payment HELP!!

I filed in Nov 07 and it was confirmed Mar 08

I have a payment due date of the 23rd of each month. I do direct deposit with the trustee and they take the money out on the 17th. However it is the 17th of the following month so my payment is actually late about 25 days every payment. I am not worried about this however I can not make my payment this month. I guess I did not live strictly to the 13 plan and have been shuffling money and skipping utility payments and such for about 5 months now. Well I finally hit rock bottom and have no way to pay the nov payment. I am hopefull I can resume on the 17th of Dec but see no way to actually pay both payments. This would mean I would always be behing 56 days which I am sure will not fly with the trustee. I am not sure of my options does anyone have any insight?

You need to go through your budget and see what is causing the issues and then eliminate everything you can. If your circumstances have changed, like income reduction etc, then perhaps you should ask for a modification. But I would definitely contact your attorney and be ahead of the game on this and see if he can help you sort this out. GL
