Great Letter from Trustee

In approximately 30 to 60 days, you will be receiving a copy of the "Discharge of Debtor" on your case. This will enable you to begin your financial recovery. When our office has completed the final paper work on your case, you will receive a copy of the "Order Discharging Standing Trustee."

So it looks like there are two orders

1.) Discharge of Debtor
2.) Order Discharging Standing Trustee

I guess one is what we think of as the discharge and two is closing of the case...

First paycheck without a trustee payment due...

I recently completed my Chapter 13, but am still waiting on my discharge. For the last 41 months I have had a ~1500 payment due on and EFT'd on the 20th of the month. It was my major expense for the last half of the month.

I just got paid today and have no payment due.... wow, it is starting to come home that I am really finished.... WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO
