how quick should my mortgage co file claim

So far, I have only had two claims filed -- for both vehicles.

I thought our mortgage co. would file a claim quickly but they haven't yet. We filed 3 weeks ago.

We filed five months ago and our mortgage company has NOT filed a claim yet - our house payments are included in the plan as we were behind. They did however file a claim for the arrearages. They have not received a regular house payment for five months now. I guess everyone must know what they are doing so I'm not going to worry about it unless I hear otherwise.
