Below median income...how's that end up?

I'm self-employed and pay myself about $15K a year before I pay my taxes. This year however I will make only about $1000/month and still pay taxes out of that. In Oregon, the median income for a single wage earner is around $45K
If I'm that far below the median income and I'm going to file a 13 and I want to keep my truck payment in my plan and hope to eliminate the CC debt, are there going to be any questions about this from the judge or is something like this pretty much cut and dried?

I'm still unsure why you decided to file 13 and not 7... I'm not sure... What are your reasons for going this route?

My attorney said a 13 so that I can keep all my business stuff...inventory, tools, etc. I have a small retail craft store. I have about $18K in cc debt, own about $9K on my truck and that's the KBB value. He said if I go a 7, I could be forced to sell off my business stuff to pay the debt.

I can't see how they'd have a problem with what you are suggesting... It all depends on what you are able to pay the unsecureds and if there isn't room for them in your plans, they could be seeing very little.
