Claims filed

We filed in Oct. and both our mortgages are to be paid outside the plan. They are both current and have always been.
I looked today on our trustees website and I see the second mortgage filed a claim on us for the balance.
Im confused why they did that if we are paying it outside the plan. Is that normal? Im confused....

Most normal. Our mtg was paid outside also and they filed a claim. It is their way of telling the trustee- Hey, don't let them forget about me. I want my money.
Heck ours even filed an objection to our plan, saying we were behind by 150 and they wanted it paid in the plan. Finally was able to convince everyone that the 150 arrears they showed was for legal fees they charged to file the claim and we were not, nor had ever been, behind on mortgage payments.
