November Club Question..

Of the 6 of us that made their final payment in November, has everyone recieved a note from their trustee - except for me?

There isn't any update in Pacer (since June) and although my 13network file shows "(Z) ABOUT TO CLOSE" it appears that they are still set to take my scheduled payment on the 20th.

The Pay schedules tab shows payment # 37 on 11/20 - even though they never dispersed the last two payments, and all of my creditors have been paid at the agreed upon amount (69%) My plan was for 36 months - at the 69%.


I just wondered if I was the only one that hadn't heard any "good news" from my trustee!

Hi. I only heard from my attorney that less than $30 was still owed. I paid that, and the case is listed as closed/completed on the website. However the trustee still has that amt on hand as undistributed funds.

My thinking is, I will have to wait for another monthy cycle to have it audited and accounted for.
I am NOT making another monthly payment based on the telephone communication I had with the atty's office. No doubt these legal offices are swamped with work both in wrapping up all the cases that were filed OLD LAW and the thousands of new cases that have been filed since. I have heard NOTHING from my Trustee. Good luck to you.

I have everything on mine....all except for the final report, I am guessing that is next month.

I still have heard nothing .... not a word... just the 'waiting to discharge'.... Nothing in Pacer at all.

Today is the day that they generally auto draft my payment, and although it says on the 13network that it is scheduled - they haven't drafted it. I'm hoping that's good news!

I'm also assuming since it's one of the largest counties around - that they were swamped with "last minute old filings" and just are running behind.
