Does anyone that has filed a Ch 13 use this website? I'm just wondering how often it updates as far as payments to the Trustee and the payments the Trustee dispurses to creditors. I just looked at the website to make sure that all my payments that are deducted from my paycheck and sent to him are received and posted to my case. Well, I just realized that my payment that was deducted from my paycheck on 10/31/08 has not been received by the Trustee's office yet. My payments come from Florida and I realize I need to allow mail time, but that was two weeks ago. Then of course, one was deducted yesterday, so it probably won't get there til Wed or Thurs of next week, so I better keep an eye on that one too. Is it possible that if the Trustee's office received my payment yesterday(11/14) from the 10/31/08 deduction that the website didn't update last night because it's the weekend?

I haven't kept real close tabs on when things post, but I know it's not immediate. I'm sure each Trustee/District has different web managers that do things a little differently. There may be an 800 # where you could get information about posting?

My trustee only updates once a month.

When they disburse, is when they update. So maybe yours does the same??

13 datacenter is about 2 days behind on updating, then its up to your trustee

It's updated now. I guess they were doing some routine maintenance on the website.
