    My house value $200,000
    My 1st Mortgage $319,900
    My 2nd Mortgage $59,900

    I owned $ $380,000 approximately.

    Can I wipe out second mortgage with chapter 13 in Lodi California.

    Even if you strip your 2nd mortgage, you are still upside down by $119k!! Since you are filing for bk, file a 7 and walk away from the home. Do you have any unsecured debt/cc debt?

        Chap 13 keeping house

        Yes, I want to keep the house. 1st and 2nd mortgage are secured loans. I want to file bankruptcy because I am behind in all credit cards $21,000
        and also I would like to eliminate the second mortgage with the idea in keeping my home and still paying the 1st mortgage,
