Hi - I am days away from filing but haven't filed yet. I've missed 4 months of mortgage payments on two loans and have not heard anything - I feel like a sheriff is going to knock on my door and ask for the keys - can that happen?

No...but you will receive notification shortly from your mortgagors with certain information. Make sure you have provided all your late payment information to your attorney which I am sure you have since you are days away from filing. They will not come and toss you out of the house._________________________________________
