When filing ch13 do I need to move savings and insurance policies away from a creditor that will be in the ch 13 settlement to avoid them attaching my accounts or cancelling my insurance?

You definately need to move the savings away before you file. I don't know about the insurance aspect.Filed CH 7 9/30/2008

It would be prudunt to do so but since it is a 13, your assets are protected. However release worry is worth the move.
