I made my last payment today in Chapter 13
Okay, I have already contacted my Payroll dept. and they stated that they would need something from my Trustee stating that my plan was completed and finish. My payroll department stated that the Trustee might continue to take out payments, until they get caught up with other cases and then get to mine. Should I contact my Trustee office and let them know that the last payment was made? Could the Trustee office give me something in writing to give to my Payroll dept? I do understand that things with the court could be back up, but I'm not even asking for the discharge, just something to give to my Payroll dept. so that the money can stop coming out. Help!!!!!Help!!!!
