Meeting attorney tomorrow
Ok, some of you may have read my other post "MAD, MAD, MAD". Well in that last post I said that I was giving the attorney another chance since her child was sick and everything well, she did not show for that meeting either. She called and said she forgot. So we have found another attorney to talk to on Monday the 22nd. We were told to bring 2007 tax information, 6 months of pay stubs and our bills. My question is do we bring utility bills, cell phone bills too or just the cc bills and mortgage statments and stuff like that? I was wondering is this the way the first meeting is supposed to go because the other attorney did not ask for these things.

Glad to hear you dumped that 1st attorney
I brought taxes, paystubs and and a speadsheet of the totals to my 1st meeting (I use Quicken, so it was pretty easy to have totals for our attorney).
