foreclosure post 13

so found by our lawyer is that once our house forecloses, they can't come after us for the difference because we are in a bk.

it's about time I heard some sort of good news

so I thought I'd share; I live in Kansas and KS can sue for the difference, but apparently since I'm in bk, they can't.

That is correct, but you do need to receive the discharge of your chapter 13. If your chapter 13 gets dismissed for some reason before the plan is complete, you would be on the hook again for the deficiency.
