If I dont show receipts will they dismiss?

During my 341 the trustee rep wanted proof of some expenses as they were high. If I dont have them will they dismiss the case?

No, you just will have to settle for the established IRS standards most likely, that would probably be the only reason why.

What specifically are they asking about?

you and the trustee will have to compromise. It is ok to pad a budget but not to the point where it is noticeable. If one of your family members has special dietary issues etc then it probably would be allowed but you will definitely have to prove it to keep it that high.

Anytime you are over the IRS standards, I would guess the Trustee will not allow them, unless you have receipts, you will need to see if you can move these expenses around a bit, into the other allowable IRS expenses in a different category. Otherwise, you will have to provide receipts somehow.
