Change from a ch13 to a ch7

So with my change in income my lawyer is looking to change my 13 to a 7. Just wanted to know if I have to go to court or is everything done between the trustee and lawyer? What should I expect

I believe that you will have another 341 for the chapter 7 that you will have to attend.

I'm pretty sure you have to do the whole process again.

You will have the whole Chapter 7 process but it will be a lot less painful and faster than finishing out the 13 plan.

While the lawyer is still getting things in order for the ch7, im assuming that i still need to make my 13 payment? Anyone know
