If I get my 2008 refund before I file, can I exempt it like you would in a Ch. 7 or will they take it like they will the next 5 years of refunds?
It would be nice to have the buffer. I think since this district takes your tax returns they don't make a fuss about entering what is withheld on your paystub into B22C.
