Ok, so I finally bought the NOLO Ch.13 book.
And it references this very topic, that solidifies what I already researched.
The current monthly income on your Schedules, differs that from the 6 month look back averaging for form B22C.
But my attorney wants to use the B22C as the income, and I told him it was incorrect, because it would reflect my wife being on unpaid maternity leave for 6-7 weeks.
He said he would adjust it, hopefully.
So, my question is this, would the trustee be smart enough to pick up on mistakes made when calculating the current monthly income?
And if he/she does catch it, what can be done? I dont want to end up paying more than I should.
And yes, I have an attorney, but I am not going to bug him everyday with a new question, that is why I am here.
