I am looking at filing chapter 13 due to many bills. Got way behind due to wife losing her job due to the economy. mY question is MY juvinile son got in trouble and we hired a lawyer. $2,500 we paid him $1,250. Case is over planned on paying him the rest when the job loss occured and drained us. I tried working out a payment plan with him at $200 a month but he refuses. Says wants it all or will take us to court and get a judgement. Can I put what I owe him under chapter 13 or are you not allowed to include lawyer fees?
