Job Loss and Ch 13 Options

I am about to lose my job due to the economy. Even if I find a new job, I can't possibly start out making what I do now. What options are open to me?

Are you currently in a ch 13 repayment? If so, talk to your attorney and you could possibly convert to a ch 7.

May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!
