        I did some basic research in google cross referenced some school aid sites and yes you can get money to go to school as long as your not in default on previous loans

            I recently attended a mandatory Financial Management Seminar for cases filed after October 2005, and the lady that gave the seminar had said that student loans are usually not a problem during an active Ch 13, because they're not able to be discharged, but the permission to incur the student loans must go through the Trustee.
            Filed: 5/22/07; 341 Hearing: 6/27/07;
            Confirmed: 8/13/07; DISCHARGED 4/17/2012
