Once my chapter 13 is done( next year), I would like to purchase a mobile home with cash. Nothing fancy of course just something small and used. Will I have to pass a credit check to live in a park?

Whether a credit check will be required depends on the mobile home park you choose. Also remember that you've been making on-time payments with your Ch 13 for years - that can help your credit scores.
I wouldn't worry about it....if asked, be honest about the bk. Since you'll own your mobile home outright, that will help persuade the park that you'll be a reliable resident.
Good luck and congrats for making it through your Ch 13 so far - hope your last year goes quickly and uneventfully!I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

There is no law that will prohibit them from extending credit or entering into some monetary relationship with you because of your BK.
However, they are their own For-Profit entity. They possess the ability to do business with anybody they choose and they do not have an obligation to work with you.I do not provide legal advice. All I do here is give my two cents as an opinion and at least share some of the facts that I know. Attorneys can provide legal advice, so go ask them or hire one.
