Deferred Billing

Hi everyone. I am fairly new to this forum, so please be gentle.
I filed Chapt 13 on the 16. My monthly is 125X3yr. One of my
Creditors is a furniture retailer. In March 09 I purchased 1400 worth
of furniture. Payment not due until Feb 10. This is secured. How will
this me handled? I forget to ask atty and do not want to wait til next
week for answer

That debt should have been listed as you signed the credit contract prior to filing and the debt was open at the time of filing with a balance due even though payment is not due until next year. You should have brought all this to your attorney's attention. Call him/her ASAP so this item can be discussed and added as appropriate in your Chapter 13.
