    Help with Income Question

Ok, now I just recieved a check for 13k today. I am self employed and use sub contractors. Included in the 13k is an invoice that I sent in jun 2008 for
1,000. Of that 800 is owed to the sub contractor. They finally paid!

The remaining amount of approx 12k is an invoice that I submitted in June of 2009. I need to pay my sub 7600. That leave a nice amount. I need to pay my business taxes, get my car repaired which alone will be about 1500. (Lexus due for 100k service). What do I need to do? Do I send in the differece to my attorney? Not cash the check or what?? I have other
business income of abot 1k per month that is not a problem.

I am in a 100% plan 60months confirmed 457.00 month in April of this year.
    filed in California

    Any advice appreciated.

because your plan is 100 percent I don't think you need to send in anything if you chose not too. However should you send it in, it will just pay your plan off sooner. So I think the choice is yours. Remember, because yours is a 100 percent pay back that is why you could keep the money should you chose.
