CRAP- I hope they are not deducting from the wrong paycheck

So today I got my 13Network log on information. I see they have my husbands paycheck listed as the one that will make all 13 payments!!! We are really hoping there is some kind of mix up....We told our attorney, we wanted all the payments to come out of my pay. At our 341, the trustee rep said to our attorney, "I see you have uploaded the wage order", and the attorney said, "Yes 100% from "my name"'s pay check.

We have good reason for not wanting my husbands work to be involved. We also got a letter today from the trustee stating he was recommending us for confirmation, however, that letter noted that the "Debtors counsel needs to upload the wage order" ?????

I'm confused. I know I need to call my attorney, which I going to do to 1st thing Monday morning, just needed to vent.

Does anyone happen to know if on 13network, if that "which debtor pays"section is a generic listing or is it always what they've been told by the attorney?

You should have signed off on any wage order.

the 13 network is not generic. It is actually very factual and accurate and mirrors the information that the trustee has.

Staff in the trustee's office do make mistakes sometimes when they upload info to both 13DataCenter and 13Network. In our case when we filed, our trustee's staff posted that we owed one of our creditors $11,000 rather than $1,100. We told our lawyer and he made sure the trustee's office changed the amount to the correct one right away.

Ask your lawyer to look into it on Monday. If it was a mistake, he/she needs to make sure it is quickly corrected by your trustee's office. Keep us posted about what happens, ok?

OMG, can you believe this?

Oh I tried to call my attorney all day!!! My attorney is at a branch office, their phones apparently have been out since Saturday!!! So I called the main office, and I think they don't know one end from the other, they had no way to get a hold my attorney??? Don't they have cell phones???? OMG, I'm so mad. The main office gave me my attorney and another attorney's e-mail address (from the same office) and both e-mails came back as undeliverable!!!

Are you Serious? So the main office tells me that the phones may not be working until Wednesday.....Who does business like this???

If it were me, I would be at the attorney's office first thing this morning since you can't reach them by phone or email. This is your BK, make sure the attorney corrects the error...
