    Objection after Confirmation

Our confirmation hearing was yesterday and the judge confirmed so long as there are no objections after 11/30/09. I don't expect any because there were none at the filing of the original plan. Our original confirmation was in Sept but was continued to yesterday. My question is: Can the Trustee still make objections to? If so, how much trouble can she cause? (I'm in Sedgwick County, KS, if that helps)
    Thanks.

If your trustee was going to object to your plan, you would have heard about it long before now.

The only reason your trustee would object after you are confirmed is if something makes her think you filed fraudulently. Since you didn't, there's nothing to worry about there. Instead re-direct all your worry energies into making a great budget that helps you start collecting an emergency fund.

Congrats on getting through the confirmation hearing hurdle!
