I got a note from my 2nd (who I didn't owe arrearages to) that they are filing a notice of appearance and creditor request for notice.

They are updating the court regarding who should receive correspondence for them. From this point forward, any announcements regarding your case will be sent to the new address rather than the one you had originally listed for them.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research.
