60 Day Club

Well, I have officially made the 60 day club with no objections to the discharge of debt.

Most lawyers have went home, so figure since nothing filed in pacer yet, nothing will be....plus, if you count that May had 31 days in it, my 60 days was actually up yesterday.
4 years - 9 months to go till payments are complete.

I'm right there with you, my friend! Filed 2/24/2006, 341 mtg. on 4/4/2006, and confirmed on 6/14/2006. Woohoo!! Only 55 more months to go!!

Yeah Jane, hope we can make it the next "few" months (gotta think in terms of few) we will have our fresh start and in my case, start the planning for being able to retire with some money.

Sounds like a darned good way to approach surviving Ch 13! Great job, aa and Jane - both of you have the big bk ball rolling now. From here on out it's just time and patience with a dose of good luck! WTG!

I am so glad that things are working out for you Jane and AA!!! My 341 meeting is next Thursday, so I too will soon be on my way to the 60 day club! I hope it goes smoothly!

I would be a complete basket case without my faith, family, and friends! I am truly blessed and rich in so many ways! There are days when I feel as if I can't make it, but I know that with God's help, I can--one day at a time!

It's wonderful to be able to look forward to retirement now and not dread it!

I know exactly what you mean Jane....I was figuring I would never have been able to retire. WHile the next 5 years are going to be a little tough, maybe the golden years will be a little better because of it.
